Discounts on the per pupil rates are available for small groups and block bookings.

Terms and conditions

Fees:

The fees are payable direct to the tutor at the end of the first session and then in advance for all other sessions.  Block payments are accepted in advance and these receive a discount.

Any out-of session time (lesson preparation, homework , marking, report writing) is included within the fees.

Cancellations:

Please note that, out of courtesy, we ask for a minimum of 48 hrs. notice to be given should you need to cancel a lesson or change its time.  Otherwise, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the agreed hourly rate.

Notice to stop the Lessons (permanent cancellations):

We request that you give the tutor at least 2 weeks notice or pay the tutor the equivalent fee if notice is shorter.
